Accessibility Statement
What Cowell & Co. has done to make this website, its calculators, and the client portal usable by everyone, and how to tell the firm when something gets in the way.
This is template language prepared by DBJ Technologies. An operating firm should test its own site, keep this statement current, and route feedback to a person who can act on it.

1. Commitment
Cowell & Co. wants every client and prospective client to be able to read, navigate, and use this website, including the calculators and the client portal, whatever their abilities and whatever technology they use. Accessibility is treated as part of the firm's professional standard of care, not as an add-on.
2. The standard
The target for this website is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at Level AA. The site was built and tested against that standard with automated checks, keyboard-only use, screen reader passes, zoom to 400 percent, reduced-motion and forced-colors settings, and real mobile devices.
3. What that means on the page
- Every page can be operated with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a skip link to the main content.
- Text and controls meet the contrast ratios the standard requires, including on dark sections and over photographs.
- Images carry text alternatives, decorative icons are hidden from assistive technology, and charts are accompanied by the numbers they draw.
- Motion on the site is decorative and is turned off when a visitor's system asks for reduced motion.
- Text can be resized to 200 percent, and the layout reflows at 320 pixels wide without loss of content.
- The calculators announce their results to screen readers and work without a mouse.
4. Known limitations
In the portal and admin interface previews, column sorting is not available on screens narrower than 768 pixels; the tables stack into cards instead. The embedded office map is provided by a third party, and a text address and a directions link sit beside it as the alternative.
5. Feedback
If any part of this website is difficult to use, tell the firm. Email hello@cowellco.example or call (214) 555-0188 and describe the page and what got in the way. A reply comes within two business days, and wherever a fix is possible it is scheduled the same week.
6. Formal complaints
Visitors in the United States who are not satisfied with the firm's response may contact the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act.
