ARMADILLOEXPRESS WASH
The tunnel, explained

One hundred eighty seconds,
accounted for.

No mystery machines. Here is every stage between the gate arm and the daylight, what it does, and what it will never do to your paint.

Gate to gleam

Ride the clock.

0:00
Gate

Plate read, gate up, neutral in.

The camera reads your plate before your window is down. Drop it in neutral, hands off the wheel, the belt does the driving from here.

0:15
Pre-soak

pH-balanced opener.

A warm alkaline bath loosens road film, pollen, and bug protein so nothing gets scrubbed against your clear coat later. Chemistry first, contact second.

0:40
Foam bath

Soft-cloth under the LED arch.

Closed-cell foam and lubricated cloth, never dry fiber on dry paint. Also the forty seconds your back seat goes quiet and watches the colors.

1:20
High pressure

Wheels, arches, undercarriage.

Directed jets strip brake dust off the barrels and winter grime off the frame rails, the spots sponge washes never reach.

1:50
Seal

Wax, ceramic, and on The Full Shell, graphene.

Carnauba for warmth, a two-step ceramic for the water behavior, graphene on top when you carry the flagship tier. Armor in layers, like the animal on the sign.

2:20
Spot-free rinse

Reverse-osmosis water only.

The final rinse carries almost nothing dissolved in it, so there is nothing left behind to dry into spots. City water never touches the finish last.

2:40
Dry

Heated air, thirty horsepower of it.

Contoured blowers peel water off in sheets. You exit at 3:00 with dry mirrors and no drip lines at the first red light.

The honest chemistry

What touches your paint, and what never will.

Always

Lubricated contact only

Every strip of cloth runs wet and soaped. Dry friction is how swirl marks happen, so it simply never occurs in this tunnel.

Always

Fresh-filtered water

Wash water is reclaimed, filtered, and polished; the final rinse is pure reverse osmosis. Good for your paint and for the Texas water table.

Never

No acid, no silicone tire slop

No hydrofluoric wheel acids, no silicone dressings that sling onto your quarter panel. If we won't put it on our own trucks, it's not in the building.

The re-wash rule

If Texas rains on your wash, run it back. Free. 48 hours.

Members roll straight through the plate reader, no questions. Single washes get a rewash code at the pay station on rainy days. The sky doesn't get the last word here.

Come see the arch glow in person.

First wash of any membership tier is on us this month.
