Membership FAQ
Can I really cancel anytime?
Yes. Two taps in your account, effective at the end of your billing month, and your card is never charged again. No calls, no "retention specialist," no reactivation fee if you come back for pollen season. Don't take our word for it, count the taps yourself.
Does my pass work at all five locations?
Every pass, every tier, every location, from Cooper Street in Arlington to the I-30 frontage in Rockwall. The plate reader doesn't care which city you're in.
What if it rains right after my wash?
Members re-wash free within 48 hours of any rain, no receipt hunting. Roll up, the gate lifts, done. Single-wash customers get a same-tier rewash code from the pay station on rainy days.
Can I put more than one car on my account?
Yes, each additional vehicle is $10 off its tier price. Family accounts run up to five plates with one card on file and one email for receipts.
I have paper plates / a motorcycle. Am I out?
Not at all. We hand you a small RFID windshield tag that does exactly what the plate reader does. Swap to plate recognition whenever your metal plates arrive.
