One program that keeps a local business visible after launch: the local search retainer, AI search monitoring, the review engine, and the Care tier of site care, run together and reported together. One monthly report, measured from my own instrumentation, that says what moved and why.
Local service businesses with a site worth sending people to, whether I built it or someone else did: dental and medical practices, law firms, auto shops, trades, and professional services in DFW and beyond. If the site itself is the weak link, I will say so and quote the fix first.
Four Google Business Profile posts on a weekly cadence, review requests sent and every review answered, rank and map-pack tracking, a Search Console query report, one page or content update on the site, AI search monitoring across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity, and the Care tier of site care (monitoring, backups, patches, one hour of monthly changes). Quarterly: a citation audit and a Pathlight re-scan. Bought separately these run $1,599 a month; the program is $1,295/month on a 6-month initial term.
The monthly report is generated from first-party measurement: search queries from Google's own console, visitor analytics that run on your domain, review velocity and rating trend, and your recorded standing in AI search. Not a vendor dashboard screenshot, and not a list of tasks completed. If a number did not move, the report says so and says what I am changing.
Three things I will put in writing. Nobody can guarantee an AI citation or a map-pack position, and anyone selling one is lying; what I sell is the structural work that makes them possible, plus proof of exactly where you stand each month. Every customer gets the same review request; filtering for happy customers first violates Google policy and I will not build it. And the program is capped at ten clients, because the report quality is the product and it does not survive being spread thin.
