Everything measures from here.
You are not looking for a pitch. You are qualifying a builder. So the things you actually check are published on this site: bonding capacity, safety record, schedule history, and the ledger of what we have built. Start wherever your checklist starts.
STA 01 The critical path
One building, told as its schedule.
Cedar Ridge Medical Pavilion · Frisco TX · 64,000 SF · CM at Risk · $28.4M · delivered 9 days early
01 / 06 NOV 2023 - MAR 2024
Preconstruction
GMP assembled while the architect was still drawing; every overhead system clash-resolved in the model before notice to proceed. The building was finished on a screen before it started in the dirt.
GMP to final cost delta: 1.8%

STA 02 What we build
Six sectors. One ledger. No renderings passed off as work.
Every figure below links to real entries in the project ledger, each one named, valued, and credited to its architect.
Medical pavilions, clinics, ambulatory surgery

$4M - $60M K-12 + Higher EdClassroom additions, CTE centers, fine arts, stadium work
Bond-program work with summer-window logic: the schedule is designed around the first day of school, not around us. 47 projects.

$3M - $52M Office + InteriorsGround-up office, corporate interiors, occupied remodels

$1M - $55M Civic + MunicipalPublic safety, libraries, service centers
Public money means public process. We bid it clean and build it cleaner. 22 projects.
$2M - $30M Faith + CommunitySanctuaries, family life centers, gyms

$1M - $18MSTA 03 How you buy a building
The delivery method is the biggest decision you make before we ever meet.
CM at Risk, design-build, or competitive bid. Each one is right for a different owner in a different situation, and we will tell you when it is not ours to win. The advisor asks five questions and shows you its math.
STA 04 To the trades
Hablamos español. Not as a courtesy. As how the work gets built.
Half the people who build our projects run their business in Spanish, so this entire site runs in Spanish, and so do our safety orientations, our toolbox talks, and our prequal paperwork. Bid day should never turn on a translation.
- →Paid within 10 business days of the owner paying us. In writing.
- →Retainage released by trade at trade completion, not at project close.
- →The bid board is public: every open invitation, plans included.
- →Orientation every Monday, 6:30 AM in English, 7:15 AM en español.
STA 05 The number that outranks the price
Our EMR has fallen every year since 2021. We publish the chart.
An experience modification rate is the one safety number an owner can verify, because the rating bureau computes it, not a marketing department. Ours is 0.71. The full history, our TRIR, and how we run the work are on the safety page.

STA 06 Who you actually hire
You do not hire a logo for 14 months. You hire a superintendent.
So we put ours on the website, with their years, their projects, and the phone that rings in the trailer. The person who runs your job is someone you met before you signed.
DATUM
COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION
A datum is the one mark on a drawing set that every other measurement answers to. We named the company after the obligation, and the apex of that mark is where this one is set.
