You have been burned by pay-when-never, retainage held past Christmas, and bid invitations that were really price checks. We wrote the opposite into how we operate, in both languages, and we publish it here where you can hold us to it.
STA 01 The bid board
Every open invitation, public. No inner circle.
If we are pricing it, it is on this board with plans attached. New trades win work here every month; being unknown to us is a reason to bid, not a reason not to.

Bid results are shared with every bidder within five business days of award, including where your number landed. You cannot sharpen a pencil you never see.
STA 02 Get on the list
Ten minutes. Both languages. A human reads every one.
This is the same prequalification rigor we show owners, pointed the other direction, because your crews' safety record and your cash position matter to every other trade on the job. Fill it in English or Spanish; it is read the same either way.
- →You will hear back within five business days, yes or no, with a reason.
- →A "no" today is not a "no" forever; most of our best subs applied twice.
- →Nobody at Datum will ever shop your number to another bidder. Ever.
STA 03 Before your first day
Orientation every Monday. 6:30 in English. 7:15 en español.
Forty-five minutes at the jobsite trailer: the site logistics plan, the crane picks scheduled that week, where the SDS binders live, and who the competent persons are, by name and by face. Bring your OSHA 10 card; coffee and tacos are on us.
A worker who understood the plan in their own language on Monday is the reason the EMR chart on our safety page keeps falling.
