Emergency Department

If there is danger to yourself or another person, the closest emergency department is the right destination, not a psychiatric office. Texas Health Presbyterian Dallas, 8200 Walnut Hill Lane. Methodist Dallas Medical Center, 1441 N Beckley Avenue. Both are equipped to manage psychiatric crises and to coordinate the next step.

Established Patients After Hours

If you are an established patient with an urgent question that is not an emergency, leave a detailed message at your home location's main line. Medical District (214) 555-0432. Park Cities (214) 555-0816. The on-call clinician is paged for true urgencies. For true emergencies, please use 988 or the emergency department first.

Outpatient psychiatry is the right setting for most of the work. The settings above are the right setting when the work cannot wait.
